Cloud platform based on RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) technology

Cloud platform based on RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) technology enables the remote monitoring and control of industrial processes. With a cloud-based RTU system, operators can access real-time data from anywhere, using any device with an internet connection. This allows them to make informed decisions based on current information, which can lead to increased efficiency, reduced downtime, and improved safety.

In addition, a cloud-based RTU system can provide increased scalability and flexibility. As new sensors or equipment are added to the system, they can be easily integrated into the cloud platform. This ensures that the control system can grow and adapt to changing needs without requiring significant hardware upgrades or infrastructure changes.

Combination of the 4G router and the DC UPS

The RTU is designed to collect pressure, flow, and level parameters from multiple junction points in a water. Distribution network. The collected data is then forwarded to a central cloud server through the MQTT protocol. To achieve this, the device uses multiple Publish and Subscribe topics in its application program and efficiently.

The 4G router is a vital component in providing dual SIM and uninterrupted connectivity  to the RTU.

The DC UPS is utilized for providing reliable and consistent power backup in case of power failure. This feature ensures that critical data is protected, and systems remain operational even during power outages. Furthermore, the low battery voltage feedback from the QUINT UPS provides added advantages for the UPS application by alerting operators in case of potential battery failures, enabling timely maintenance and repair.

The combination of the 4G router and the DC UPS provides a robust and reliable solution for industrial settings where uninterrupted power and data connectivity are essential for optimal performance and safety

Crane Data Monitoring 

The primary objective of the Crane Monitoring Project was to implement a centralized SCADA-based system to continuously monitor crane operations. The system aimed to provide real-time visibility into crane status, operational hours, energy consumption, and fault diagnostics to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. The crane monitoring system has been successfully integrated with SCADA, enabling real-time tracking of crane operations, including runtime, stoppages, energy consumption, and fault diagnostics. 

An automated reporting feature was implemented to send daily summary emails to customer representatives, providing detailed insights into crane performance. This execution has empowered the client to monitor production efficiency, identify operational bottlenecks, and take proactive maintenance actions based on fault alerts. As a result, customer benefits from improved transparency, reduced downtime, better energy management, and enhanced decision-making driven by accurate and timely data.  

Effluent Treatment Plant 

The primary purpose of implementing Effluent Plant Automation Systems is to streamline and optimize the wastewater treatment process through advanced control technologies. By integrating sensors, control algorithms, and automated equipment, the system ensures accurate real-time monitoring and consistent operation of various treatment stages. This automation not only enhances the performance and reliability of the plant but also simplifies operations, minimizes manual intervention, and ensures compliance with environmental standards and regulatory norms.

Automation of the effluent treatment plant ensures smooth and centralized control of operations through SCADA, including pumps, valves, and chemical dosing. It enables real-time pH & ORP monitoring and control, reduces operational costs, minimizes manual errors, and improves safety. Clients benefit from auto report generation, alarm alerts, and live trend monitoring for efficient decision-making. The system ensures better compliance with environmental norms, reduces downtime, enhances process consistency, and adapts easily to load variations—leading to a reliable, efficient, and sustainable wastewater treatment process.

Optimizing Vibrating Feeder Efficiency: Advanced VFD Drive Integration 

This project integrates a Mitsubishi VFD with Allen-Bradley PLCs, leveraging Ethernet/IP protocol for seamless communication. The solution ensures precise motor control, real-time monitoring, and efficient conveyor feeding, significantly enhancing reliability and screening plant operations. By optimizing automation, the system reduces downtime, improves performance, and maximizes energy efficiency, ensuring stable and cost-effective conveyor operations.

Shiftwise Production Data Transmission via E-mail 

The purpose of this project was to automate the monitoring and reporting of weight meter data at customer site. The system captures real-time weight measurements and displays them on the HMI while also collecting relevant digital and analog input values. To ensure effective remote tracking, the system automatically sends shift-wise and daily reports via email to customer representatives at the main plant, located 60 km away from the mining area.

This automation project provides customer with real-time visibility of critical weight data directly on the HMI, along with digital and analog input status, improving local monitoring. Automatic shift-wise and daily email reports ensure that the main plant team stays updated without manual intervention, even from 60 km away. This enhances operational transparency, reduces dependency on manual reporting, and enables quicker decision-making. The system ultimately supports better coordination between the mining site and central plant, improves data accuracy, and enhances overall efficiency in logistics and material handling
